Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer to the maximum extent permitted by law.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in rare circumstances where a product arrives materially damaged or unusable upon delivery.

To report a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at and provide:
