Refund policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our products and limited inventory, all sales are considered final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in rare cases involving products that arrive damaged or unusable.
Damaged or Defective Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or cannot reasonably be used as intended, contact us within 3 days of delivery at with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review each case individually and, if approved, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Items that show signs of normal wear, misuse, improper handling, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Returns
We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Used products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or limited-edition products
Any item sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If there is an issue with your order due to damage or defect, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.
Shipping Issues
Tiger Balls is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Chargebacks & Fraud
We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and provide order documentation, tracking information, and delivery confirmation to payment providers when necessary.
